It Is I - The Missing Thisisme!!

Hallo everyone. This post will probably come as a bit of a surprise I suspect. To be honest, I'm surprised myself, as I had been seriously thinking about just winding my Blog up, especially as it's been so long since my last post.

Most of you know that I haven't been feeling very well at all - hence my absence from bloggyland. Unfortunately, I am still not feeling too great , but I just wanted to say a big "thank you" to all of you who have been thinking of me and praying for me. That really does mean such a lot. Those of you who have inboxed me on Facebook , those of you who have sent me e mails asking how I am, and dear Tom, who sent me such a sweet e-card. Thank you all !

I thought I would just post a few photos today and I hope you enjoy them.

Some of you might remember that Emma gave her friend away at the friend's wedding a little while ago, and here are a couple of new  photos from that day.

Emma said she was surprised how emotional she felt!

Here is a photo of little Ruby on a day out at the beach.

While I've been absent, Eli had his 5th birthday, so here are a couple of photos from that day.  The sun shone brightly, we had a bouncy castle in the garden, and the little ones had a lovely day.

I can't believe that Eli has finished his first year at School (Foundation Class) and will go into Year 1 in September.  Little Ruby won't be starting school until September 2014, even though there is only 18 months between them.

I'm delighted to tell you that, here in England, we have actually had a wonderful spell of summer weather over about four weeks.  A heatwave in fact!  Lovely balmy evenings, which we just don't usually get.  One day, hubby took me to the beach for a couple of hours, and, my, I did enjoy being by the sea again.  The water was SO warm, I just wish that I had been well enough to go for a dip!

I do hope that all my bloggy friends are keeping well - sending big hugs your way.

Hallo, dearest Thisisme! I am shocked and elated to see a post from you. It has to be a sign that you're doing a little better. I'm praying that such is the case. You know very well how much we all love you and care about you. I hope you can get out in the sunshine and fresh air and visit the seaside more often because those experiences will no doubt speed your recovery. It's so nice to see pictures of the growing children and Emma again. Please, please get well soon, dear friend Thisisme, and return to your friends here in blog land. We need you. The world needs you! God bless!

Lovely Diane! I'm so sorry to hear you haven't been feeling well. I didn't realize you hadn't blogged in quite a while, because I'm behind on reading all my friends' blogs! I HAVE been thinking of you, though, and hopefully you have felt it in your heart. Please take care of yourself and I will send you an e-mail asap.

The pictures were all amazing and that Eli is certainly one handsome young man. I do hope you get to feeling better soon. I am getting tired of being around the house and hope the cardiologist will allow me to return to work next week after I see him tomorrow. Take care of your awesome self and know you are forever on my mind and in my prayers.
Hugs,
Odie

Hi Thisime! How did I miss this post last day or two? But, nagging aside, you look radiant in your white summer set standing on that beach-gorgeous smile! I too am happy to see you here, and with wonderful photos of those two beautiful children. Emma's picture sure is lovely. I bet it was a nice wedding.

I do hope you are feeling some better, and choose not to give up blogging totally. You are loved and admired here, you know, and you have been missed.

Have a wonderful weekend, we will see you soon! ♥

My goodness I am glad to see you back, Diane! Sometimes it seems that our lives are controlled by how many "good days" we have health-wise, doesn't it? I hope that by blogging occasionally all the good vibes from your followers will become part of your healing. I'm adding my prayers to the others here, and wishing you better days ahead!

Dear Diane, Still not well--horrid. Being sick is bad enough, but when it drags on and on, it's beyond bad. As my mother always said, "This too will pass." One day, hopefully in the not too distant future, you will wake up and this will all be a memory. I am glad you haven't lost your appreciation for what is good and lovely in your life. Focusing on the positive will help keep your spirits up. Many blessings as you face the days ahead. Peace, love, hope and healing are my prayers for you.

Please be well. I just prayed for you right now. Dear Diane. That is my daughters middle name.

That picture of you at the seaside is lovely of you. Better days ahead my dear.

My Mom was an English girl.

She loved the seaside but she could never swim. I tired to teach er when in Canada but she was a tad nevrvous. She did live to be 95 young. I miss her and it has been a deck age she has gone.

She had many illness pop up in her life but she made it to 95. That is a blessing I would say.
