Sunday Snaps ....

Alison, Elijah and Ruby on Plymouth Hoe

Gosh, how long has it been since I did a Sunday Snaps post? Quite a while, so I thought I would surprise you today.

I hope you enjoy the photos and, once again,  I have to apologize to my Facebook friends, who will have seen these before.

Yay! Able to get out in the garden again, although we had to wear our wellies, because it is still pretty wet under foot.
Lovely to be in the caravan again, and I'm pleased to say that it survived all the storms and torrential rain.

Galleries Layfayette is a wonderful place for some retail therapy.
The Mayoral Offices in Maison lafitte where the family live, just on the outskirts of Paris
Day out with the munchkins during their half term break

Lunch with daughter and son in law for his birthday
Emma and Alfred

Notre Dame
Daughter No 1 and Granddaughter No 1!
Love how this man looks after me!

Three Generations.

Well dear bloggy friends, it's always lovely to be here with you, and I'm sure we will see each other again soon.  Take care until then.  Meanwhile ...

Happy Sunday

Your daughters look amazingly young! I thought Allison was about fifteen in that first photo and wondered who was with Ruby and Eli. They must get their youthful looks from their lovely mother! You all look terrific!

That's sweet Glenda. Alison is 35 and Emma 42!! I'm really pleased that you are able to comment here again.

Hallo hallo hallo, dear Thisisme! Forgive me for arriving late today. Most of the U.S. turned the clocks forward one hour at bedtime which meant that we lost an hour of sleep. On top of that I made the mistake of staying up very late. Therefore I am just getting up and around and drinking black coffee as fast as I can in an effort to get awake.

I looked it up and to answer your question, the last time you presented Sunday Snaps was July 1962. :)

I must say this is the greatest batch of family pictures you ever presented because it includes faces we don't see very often here on your blog. Everybody looks terrif in these pictures and I hereby bestow the title of "Mr. Photogenic" upon my good buddy Alfred.

This post also gives us our first look at Elijah and Ruby playing inside your retro caravan, just as I always imagined they would. I'm glad Sandy didn't roll over and float away during your recent gales.

Thank you for an extraordinary edition of Sunday Snaps, dear friend Thisisme. It does my heart good to see all those smiling faces and everyone looking well. God bless!

Hi Thisisme. Catching up to you on your great Sunday Snaps! Your photos are wonderful of Paris and your family.

But, my favorite still has to be those two gorgeous children in that precious retro caravan! I want one! What fun to sit at the table with tea or coffee, and a small retro radio, listening to the oldies! Maybe Karo would let me look around for one for us! Heehee!

So, I'll probably see you a little later. As Shady mentioned, we've lost an hour of our day over here across the pond. I feel cheated!
Hugs!

Gorgeous photos as always. You just can't take bad photos when it comes to your beautiful family. It is always a treat to see your photos of France since it is so different from what I see daily. Have a wonderful rest of your Sunday and an awesome week upcoming.
Hugs,
Odie

Hi Suzanne. You're quite early today really. Our clocks don't go forward until the end of the month. How come you get Soring before us then?! Not fair :(. yes, I love it up in the caravan and Eli and Ruby think it's great fun. Bet Scootie would love it too ! Oh, I have got a pink retro radio up there! Take care my Texan friend. See you again soon.

I'm with Glenda, I thought Allison was one of your grandchildren when I first looked at the photo as well. It's good to see the weather is more settled for you and you can get outside to do things together. Inside the caravan looks great.

A pretty girlsand handsome man your family you have tops..

Your large framed picture looks like where my friend lives in Lochlin. That would be a tourist main attraction in Canada before they get to town of Haliburton.

Love you pictures always.

Happy Monday!
