I had such lovely comments when I said my family were arriving from France, in yesterday's post, and I do realize how blessed I am to have such lovely bloggy friends. Several of you told me to just enjoy this time with my family, and not to worry too much about posting whilst they are here.

I think I will do just that, so I know you will forgive me if I do not leave comments on your posts as I usually do. Hopefully I will be able to snatch some time to actually read your blogs, but I won't leave a comment. I just know that I have to keep my eye on you all - if I turn my back for a moment, goodness knows what you might be getting up to!!! (Hee Hee!).
The main reason I am writing this post is to say a big "thank you" to my friend Caterpillar, over at Musings and Confessions of a Wandering Mind, because she has presented me with The Versatile Blogger Award, which was a real surprise to me, so thank you Cat! I haven't actually got this particular Award, so that's even better! Caterpillar was one of my very, very early Followers and she's stuck with me thus far, so I must be doing something right!
I'm sure Caterpillar would love it if you popped over to say "hallo". Her blog is well worth a visit. I have to list seven things about myself, and then pass the Award on to other deserving Bloggers. I have done this 'seven thing list' before, but I will try to think of some more facts over the next few days, so let me come back to you on that one! I will then also pass the Award on.
The weather here in Devon has been wonderful over the past few days - warm and sunny - so I hope you will all get some sunshine where you are over the weekend.
