Another Little Pressie!

Hallo little bloggies! This afternoon I collected number one daughter from the airport, and as she came through Passport Control, she handed me a little bag (this was after we had big hugs of course!!) -

When we arrived home, I opened the little parcel, and inside was this gorgeous little box!

Inside the little box was this!

Yum, Macaroons direct from Paris.

Am I lucky, or am I lucky?!

Laduree is a shop in Paris, famous for its Macaroons - if you are interested, you can read about it here.

I won't be posting again now until next week, so take care my little friends and hopefully I will have a few wedding photos for you next week.

To have a friend and be a friend Is what makes life worthwhile.Unknown

That G-T is a dandy daughter, Thisisme. My mouth is watering for those tasty treats. If I remember correctly the hen party is tonight. I hope all of the women who attend get a thrill from watching a nekked Alfred jump out of a cake! (LOL) I hope the weather cooperates on Saturday and that you and your wonderful family have a joyous wedding celebration! Bless you, dear friend Thisisme!

I have never seen such beautiful macaroons! My mom used to make them, but they were kind of cream colored blobs. They were good though.

May God bless the wedding and your dear family. May he keep you all in the palm of his hand. May the Lord make his countenance shine upon you and give you peace. Love to all.

I wake up everyday and think "I wonder how This is feeling/doing today?" knowing the wedding is a mere few days away. I am so excited for you all. :)

Have fun, don't stress, have a macaroon - but most of all enjoy.

We will miss you, but believe me, we will be thinking of you! Hugs to all.

Just a quick post to wish you all well for the big day. Tell the Happy Couple that I hope the sun shines for them, not only on the day but throughout their future life together. Enough sentimentality! A useful quote from Ogden Nash to give to the Son in Law:-

To keep your marriage brimming with love from the loving cup
Whenever you're wrong - admit it,
Whenever you're right - shut up!

Looking forward to the pictures.
