Sunday Snaps And A Very Happy Birthday!

Today is the  birthday of someone who is very close to my heart.  Yes, it's daughter number 1's birthday today.

"A daughter is a day brightener and a heart warmer". ~Author Unknown

"What the daughter does, the mother did". ~Jewish Proverb.  (She'll love that one. Hee Hee!).

"Daughters are like flowers, they fill the world with beauty, and sometimes attract pests". ~Author Unknown.  (True!)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO A LOVING AND CARING DAUGHTER.

I would like to wish all the dads out there a very happy Fathers Day.  I hope you get to be spoilt a little bit today!  Special mention, of course, to my own hubby on his special day.

Hope you're all having a lovely weekend wherever you are.

I love to look at your family's then and now photos, Thisisme. I already wished daughter #1 a happy birthday on her own site a couple of days ago but I am doing it again on yours. You can be so proud of both of your girls, your lovely grands and your fine husband. Have a wonderful Sunday, dear friend!

"What the daughter does, the mother did". I love this verse really much♡♡♡ I think I learned whole house-hold things from seeing what my mother did.
And also loved, inspired by my father.

What lovely pictures! Priceless memories of times past. Happy Birthday to Daughter No 1...so glad to see you've been baking again! Hope your Hubby's Father's Day has been lots of fun, too...and that since you didn't bake him his own cake, he got a generous helping of hers!

Desiree - Hi there! Yes, I was up all night making those little cupcakes! I hope my daughter realizes that some of them have the Chanel logo on them, as she writes her own Fashion Blog! Thank you for always dropping by my friend.

A lovely family tribute, Happy birthday daughter No 1, great photos and love the new banner. If you have time sometime would you send me a simple lesson on how to do this as I always seem to make a mess of it when I try to change mine. :(
