Sunday Snaps!

Hi everyone! Yes, I know, I'm late with my Sunday Snaps today, but it is such a lovely day here in Devon, that the garden was just calling to me, and I wanted you to see that there is still a bit of colour hanging on, until the autumn sets in.  Here are a few photos that I have just taken.

Please note the blue skies.  So lovely to see, especially as we reach towards the end of September.  The forecast is for it to get quite warm this week my little bloggy friends, so we live in hope! They are forecasting temperatures in the mid 60's. Now this might not seem much to you, but to we people over here in England, that is fairly tropical! Hee Hee!

Hope you're all having a lovely relaxing weekend.

Your two love bunnies are so cute. Your blossoms, glorious! Such wonderful shades of pink. Enjoy your evening and take care. Big hug xoxo

Mid 60s...warm? Floridians put on their winter coats when it gets that cold! (LOL) I'm so sorry that mother nature robbed you of summer, dear Thisisme, and I do hope she makes up for it during autumn. I also hope you are feeling much better on this bright and beautiful day. These are wonderful pictures. I always love to see the dynamic duo, Ruby Violet and Eli (aka Ruby Tuesday and Rod Stewart, Junior). Have a delightful and thoroughly Devonish evening, dear Thisisme!

Gorgeous blooms. Looks like a fushia (not sure of the name) bush I have. Your roses love your climate. Soooo many flowers. Roses are such favorites.

Claudia - thank you so much. Yes, very peaceful out there! Hope you're going to get some good weather as well this week.

Susan - It's always so nice to see you over here! I'm glad you liked the roses. This is the third flush since June, so I am very pleased. It's funny that you would love to see 60 degrees over there!!

Desiree - thank you so much for that lovely e-card my dear friend. I do so appreciate your concern. I like the way you call them my two love bunnies. Hee Hee!! I just love shades of pink in the garden. It makes such a difference when the sky is blue and the sun is shining, so I'm hoping it will last for a little while longer. Hugs.

Shady - Winter coats indeed! I'm sure that would be fairly chilly to you my dear Tom! But to us it is just balmy and lovely. Eli & Ruby certainly are the dynamic duo! You should see me chasing them round the house, when I have to be SUPER GRANDMA!!

Manzanita - so lovely to see you here today. Yes, roses do seem to like our climate, and they are one of my favourite flowers in my garden. Yes, they are fuschias! There are so many different varieties, so don't ask me which one these are!

Eva - hallo friend! Hope you've had a lovely birthday today. I love Sunday evenings, because Downton Abbey is on again, so I'm a happy lady!!

rainbow - hallo there! Glad you liked my garden Sunday Snaps today, and my little garden helpers at the end!! Take care.

Nice to see color and I'm so glad the sun in shining. Take it whenever you can get it! Beautiful pics and love the kids. What little cutie pies. They can make a rainy day bright though can't they?!

Lovely to see the blue sky in Devon and guess you must be feeling a little better today, or you would not be sharing these delightful Sunday Snaps.

Bouncin'Barb - yes, isn't it lovely to see those blue skies. Really lifts the spirits I can tell you! Yes, the little ones brighten even the darkest days. Hugs.

LindyLouMac in Italy - Yes, gradually feeling a bit stronger again now, thank goodness! Onwards and upwards. Yes, it was so lovely to see the blue sky today. The little ones came down and played in the garden for an hour this afternoon, which is always nice. Hope all is well with you my friend.

Teresa - hi there! I'm glad you're having good weather as well. It makes such a difference. Yes, the garden is still looking quite good, but soon all the colour will be gone - until next year! It looked as if the Baby Shower went very well. I loved all the decorations and banner that you made.

I have to say that my two favorite flowers are in the last picture! Adorable! We're still suffering through high humidity with temps in the upper 80s. I would LOVE some 60 degree temps myself! Maybe I live on the wrong continent. LOL

Wish I was there. 60 sounds just lovely and the garden is beautiful. You really have the touch This.

Glad you are feeling better.

Skippy - hi there. Good to see you. Yes, the garden is just about hanging on to it's colour and the temperatures are just right for me! Hugs to you.

Your garden is beautiful and the blue sky definitely worth a picture, but the best pic was the last one, those babies sure are cute. 60s is a little too cool for my taste, enjoy it.

I had to use a Temperature Converter to figure out what the mid 60's are here in Australia and I have to say that seems pretty cool to so I go and check what the temp is here now and it's 17 degrees which is about 62 for you so yeah it's cool......

Love the snaps they are very uplifting.
