Well little bloggies, it's been five days since I've posted. I'm stumped, I'm afraid! I've lost my mo-jo, I've come to a grinding halt, my brain has gone blank.
In fact, I need some of this
It's funny how blogging goes sometimes, isn't it? I seem to have a little flurry of posts, and then - nothing! I read all your posts, and they are full of beautiful words, musical memories, lovely stories and poetry, stunning photographs, fabulous finds, and renovation or decoration of your properties, and then - here am I, trying hard not to bore you with my random musings.
Oh! Do you remember that I 'distressed' a stool a couple of weeks ago, which was my first attempt at this sort of thing? Well, I have just finished a little table and I am quite pleased with the result.
Many of my 'older' Followers will know how much I love Italy, and I hope that the following video will give you an idea of why I'm keen to get back there as soon as I can. This book has definitely gone onto my Christmas Pressie List!

Taking five days and "living" outside of the blogging world is what makes blogging so much fun...we come back full of goodies we want to share, as you have.

Your mojo is on hiatus. Mine takes a leave of absence too. I take walks and do other things which gives me topics. But I know that feeling is awful. Luckily it's not permanent, though.

I wouldn't mind my mojo occasionally disappearing if it would take some weight and dust bunnies with it. Since that doesn't seem to happen, I just try to roll with it. Maybe that is why I'm roly-poly and goodness knows...dust bunnies know how to roll!
You have not actually lost your mojo Diane. Your mojo has been transferred to another channel and the transformation of that table is really amazing. Love it.

I must admit, I sometimes feel out if ideas too at times, and not just with blogging! We all need a little break from time to time, get some refreshment, and then get moving again. It's always a pleasure coming to your blog :-)
That was a wonderful video and even made me want to be there primarily for the food and wine. I hope you get to check out all 100 places and have the time of your life. this was a very good post for someone who didn't have a clue.

Oh Italy is beautiful, there's something special about it isn't it. It's been a gray day here in Dublin today, but only a few drops of rain when I left work so not too bad. Hope you'll have a fantastic weekend!

As I have said many times before Diane, it is quality not quantity. I think the distressed table turned out well, my husband is very keen to do some of this sort of furniture renovation himself, yet another project! Now I wonder where you got the idea for your Christmas Wishlist from. Have a relaxing weekend. :)

I have been lucky to visit Italy many times...6 or 7. It is a place I would never hesitate to revisit anytime. Loved the video. Now I want the book too. :)
