I've Lost My Mo-Jo! ....

Well little bloggies, it's been five days since I've posted. I'm stumped, I'm afraid!  I've lost my mo-jo, I've come to a grinding halt, my brain has gone blank.

In fact, I need some of this

It's funny how blogging goes sometimes, isn't it?  I seem to have a little flurry of posts, and then - nothing! I read all your posts, and they are full of beautiful words, musical memories, lovely stories and poetry, stunning photographs, fabulous finds, and renovation or decoration of your properties, and then - here am I, trying hard not to bore you with my random musings.

Oh! Do you remember that I 'distressed' a stool a couple of weeks ago, which was my first attempt at this sort of thing?  Well, I have just finished a little table and I am quite pleased with the result.

Many of my 'older' Followers will know how much I love Italy, and I hope that the following video will give you an idea of why I'm keen to get back there as soon as I can.  This book has definitely gone onto my Christmas Pressie List!

Well, there you go, that's me done for this week.  I will leave you with this Irish Blessing :

I don't think you've lost your mo-jo, this post is packed full of wonderful bits and bobs.

Taking five days and "living" outside of the blogging world is what makes blogging so much fun...we come back full of goodies we want to share, as you have.

I drop by and am always treated to something special by way of your wonderful words, lovely photos, and meaningful quotes; for that I say, thank you, Diane.

Have a beautiful weekend. :)

Hallo, dear Thisisme! Sweet friend, I assure you I will never get bored with you or your blog. Visiting your blog and getting even a slight glimpse of your family, your community or your interests renews my faith that there are many good and decent people in this world. You are among the very best examples. I love the result of your work on that charming table with distressed finish. It should give you the confidence to transform a few more pieces of furniture. Have a wonderful weekend, dear friend Thisisme!

You've still got your mojo, my friend! This was a delightful post, vintage our lovely Diane. Have you thought of turning your distressing work into a little business?

And although I've only been to Italy once, it remains a place deep in my heart. I understand why you love it so~

Your mojo is on hiatus. Mine takes a leave of absence too. I take walks and do other things which gives me topics. But I know that feeling is awful. Luckily it's not permanent, though.

Dearest Diane,
Oh, your table is beautiful and yes, you can proud of it☆☆☆
I think we share the feeling, but I think your today's post is full of wonderful enjoyment, my friend♡♡♡
I hope you are having wonderful weekend.
Lots of love and hugs from Japan, xoxo Miyako*

I wouldn't mind my mojo occasionally disappearing if it would take some weight and dust bunnies with it. Since that doesn't seem to happen, I just try to roll with it. Maybe that is why I'm roly-poly and goodness knows...dust bunnies know how to roll!

You have not actually lost your mojo Diane. Your mojo has been transferred to another channel and the transformation of that table is really amazing. Love it.

Hey Diane,

I must admit, I sometimes feel out if ideas too at times, and not just with blogging! We all need a little break from time to time, get some refreshment, and then get moving again. It's always a pleasure coming to your blog :-)

That was a wonderful video and even made me want to be there primarily for the food and wine. I hope you get to check out all 100 places and have the time of your life. this was a very good post for someone who didn't have a clue.
Hugs,
Odie

Hi Diane,

This was a lovely post as usual. I like your little table, it looks very nice.
Oh Italy is beautiful, there's something special about it isn't it. It's been a gray day here in Dublin today, but only a few drops of rain when I left work so not too bad. Hope you'll have a fantastic weekend!
Hugs,
Eva

As I have said many times before Diane, it is quality not quantity. I think the distressed table turned out well, my husband is very keen to do some of this sort of furniture renovation himself, yet another project! Now I wonder where you got the idea for your Christmas Wishlist from. Have a relaxing weekend. :)

Love your table. Think we all get a bit lost for words sometimes, but we don't have to blog everyday. Have a good weekend. Thank you for all your visits to me and your prayers and encouragement. God Bless

Hi Thisisme, it's ok NOT to blog everyday, and, sometimes we're preoccupied with other musings. I totally loved your post with the good looking men, yabba yabba! And, your garden photos, also the ones from France! And, sometimes just a fond hello-we'll always stop by to say hello. You WILL come up with more stories and ideas-it's in your jeans!!! lol! I mean genes! Have a wonderful weekend, will see you soon.♥
