Sending blessings to all my bloggy friends this Sunday. I'm sure we all have such a lot to be grateful for in our lives, even if things aren't going quite so well for us at the moment. There is always, always something to be grateful for at the end of each day.

I love this one, because I think it shows Devon at its best, where you can see that the hills really do roll down to the sea. (Son in law number 2, Eli & step-grandson). |
|
This was taken a couple of years ago. After a day on the beach, Eli & Ruby are chilling in their little tent. |
|
I like this one, because it is daughter number 2's stepson, who is called Hendrix, and he is wearing his Jimmy Hendrix t-shirt! |
|
Just love this one where the sun is setting on the water. The little figure is Eli. |
|
I've included this one, because, to me, it captures a child's pure innocence and delight. (Eli is 2 years old here). |
I do hope that you have enjoyed my little selection for you today, and I look forward to seeing you again soon.
HUGS!

Hi Diane,
I like that quote, "If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else's, we'd grab ours back." Doesn't that suggest that the personal trials we all go through are vital to our growth and success? A nice thought..
Dearest Diane,
I loved the quotes and the first one is really seasonal with lovely cosmos.
And sweet pictures of your family in your lovely memories♡♡♡
Have a beautiful Sunday, we had a local fall weeding in the morning; the pictures soothed my mind (^_^)v
Lots of love and hugs from Japan, xoxo Miyako*
The quotes, the cute kids...what a way to start my day. have a good week.
Hi Diane,
Your family pictures of the children are delightful; they really made me smile this morning. Hendrix is very handsome and happy holding Ruby Violet. I love the perspective on problems. It's a good feeling to know we are not alone in having them, but even better to remember that they don't have to consume our lives. Through everything, life is a beautiful gift.
Hallo, dear Thisisme! First off, I appreciated your vintage header composition. Secondly, the words of wisdom that offer coping strategies for managing problems hit particularly close to home for me. Finally, I always love postcards from your ilyllic Devon along with pictures of your young ones experiencing the joy of their earliest years. Thank you, dear friend, and God bless!
Sweet shots! Very nice
Through life is a Beautiful gift
as Jennifer quoted. Amen to that.
And of course Ducans Quote.
I adore you pictures of the best children in your life. ( Yours)
hugs, blessed Sunday

Hi Diane,
I love the quote and the photos! The beach there looks very inviting. I love your family pictures, adorable. Hope you're having a nice and relaxing Sunday!
Hugs xx
Thank you so much for your blessings this morning Thisisme. I do try to abide by all of those thoughts, without them, and good friends to remind us, some of us might get lost. But, most of us do have things in our lives to keep us strong and keep us looking up!
Love your family pictures! The beach scenes are always so joyful. Have a wonderful week-take a break once in a while, lol!♥
Such great photos your beach looks a bit rocky to me but that may just be because I am use to soft yellow sandy beaches.......
I love everything on here - the beaches - the sayings - and those cute kids!
Last weekend was Canadian Thanksgiving and we have been rehearsing our blessings one by one all month! We are so very blessed. Thanks for the lovely beach pics.
