Sunday Snaps!

Hi everyone.  As you know, I had the pleasure of visiting Monet's Garden in Giverny whilst I was staying with the family in France, and I would like to share this wonderful garden with you here on my Sunday Snaps feature.  Enjoy!

This one is for Shady!!

As you can see, there was just a riot of colour everywhere, and, obviously, it is completely different as the seasons come and go.

Hallo, dear Thisisme!
Hallo Eleanor!
Hallo to my good buddy Alfred!
(Is that his "good" side? LOL)

What a glorious explosion of color at those beautiful gardens! I hope everyone takes the time to enlarge the images and drink in the splendor of this serene spot. Strolling through a paradise like this one is the type of activity I enjoy most because it produces a peace and calm afforded by few other experiences. You look fit as a fiddle and I know that you and Ellie are excited about your next getaway coming soon. Happy Sunday evening to you, dear friend Thisisme, and may you have a wonderful week ahead!

This was wonderful for me as I love Monet's paintings. I saw some originals in Los Angeles once. What a beautiful place and I'm so glad you got to go. You do look wonderful and healthy, as Shady said. Of course your granddaughter looks lovely too. God bless.

Those were the most gorgeous gardens I've ever seen Thisisme! The Dahlias and Geraniums were just the most beautiful. And, I noticed Iris and sunflowers too.

The photos of you and Eleanor were quite lovely...you two photograph well together. And, sweet Alfred! I guess you had to leave him behind.

What an exhilarating trip Diane. Great smiles, and, you made me smile!♥

It is gorgeous. The house with shutters is wonderful You should have whisked all those pesky fellow tourists out of the way for the picture-that's what I want to do anyhoo. I tell folks all the time images of people is not what I am good at. Flowers yes. thanks so much for your comment today, olive

I'm a garden visitor too. I LOVE public gardens and the rare chance to visit private gardens too. Hubby likes to indulge me with planned trips to see special places in bloom. He says it's for me, but I thing he secretly likes them too.

Those pictures are "ALL" gorgeous especially the ones including you and your beautiful grand daughter. Her folks had better get a big stick to control the guys that will be beating a path to her door.

What a beautiful garden - I could see where an artist would be inspired there.
