Sunday Love Song ...

Happy Sunday everyone!  I hope you enjoyed the Sunday Love Song today.  I remember it being at the top of the charts forever (or so it seemed at the time!).  It was a cross between this song and Always by Bon Jovi, which I absolutely love, but the videos all looked a bit raunchy to put on my little blog (HaHa).  Now I don't want you all dashing over to Youtube to have a look!!

I am writing a post for tomorrow on Paris, the city of love, so I very much hope that you will join me again then.  Hope you're having a lovely weekend.

Another gorgeous 'still life' by Rachillustrates on Etsy. Love it!

One of my favorite little love songs. I also like Bon Jovi and they can be a bit raunchy. But it was the 80's! And I was a bit wild then! Have a super blessed Sunday my friend!

Hallo hallo hallo, dear Thisisme! Oh, no! Are you turning Southhamsdarling into a heavy metal blog? :)

As you know I have posted a number of Byran Adams videos on my own blog. I wasn't familiar with this one, however, and notice it was on the soundtrack and includes footage from the Kevin Costner film Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves. I also went over the YouTube and watched the Bon Jovi video you recommended. Power pop ballads like these were quite popular in the 80s through mid 90s before they went out of style, replaced by more intense fare. By the way, do you remember Bon Jovi as a member of the cast on the romantic TV series Ally McBeal?

Thank you for the love songs, dear friend Thisisme. I look forward to your post about Paris. Until then, enjoy the rest of your Sunday. Hugs and smooches!

Oh my goodness...how long has it been since I've heard this song? Everything about it spells love and romance! This is such a beautiful song, without the words, even the music moves me! And, a great video to boot. I loved that movie-you couldn't have picked a better Love Song for today Thisisme!

Thanks, and, See you!♥
