My goodness this is a late WW post, Thisisme. It's getting close to your bedtime! (LOL) Eli is such a cute little boy and has grown a lot since this picture was taken. You are blessed with a beautiful and loving family, something not all of us had in the past or have today, but at least we can experience it vicariously through your fine blog. I hope you are feeling well and that you have a wonderful evening, dear friend Thisisme!

Shady - Hallo dear friend Tom. I thought I would catch you all on the hop today! I was just looking through my photos and came across this one, which I thought was quite appropriate for this time of the year. I AM blessed with a loving family, and I am thankful everyday for them all. I wondered whether I would hear from you this evening, but you didn't let me down!! Take care.

Eva - thank you! Yes, I am lovely and cosy and warm with all the pretty lights twinkling! Very cold here as well today. Brrrr! Hope you are now much better again.

Gawgus - Very funny!! Glad you like the new Header. I aim to please!

Claudia - thank you, and I'm so glad that you noticed and like my new Christmas header.

What a beautiful header! It says Christmas like no other! Did you spend all day setting it up? Is that why you are a tad late? Eli has grown a lot in a year. Hope he's well over that recent scare? You haven't given us an update recently. Enjoy your snug home beside your pretty tree and sip your sherry slowly :)

They do grow so fast don't they? The photo in you header is stunning. Have a wonderful day. Stella

What a cute little pumpkin he is! I can tell he's really grown, too, based on the more recent pics of him. So sweet-

Desiree - hallo dear friend. No! I didn't spend all day doing my new header photo. I actually fixed that up very quickly. Glad you like it. I will probably change it again before Christmas! I'm pleased to say that little Eli seems to have fully recovered from his little 'turn'. Thank you for reminding me about the sherry!! Hee Hee! Hope all is well with you. Sending hugs x

Stella - Far too fast!! Glad you like the new header photo. I'm off to bed now!

What a smile. I honestly think all your grandkids should be in pictures [modeling clothes or in movies] they are gorgeous.

We are getting our first snow tonight - very exciting! Wish you could be here & enjoy cocoa with us.

Hugs and love - stay warm!

What a doll!!!! :-)

Thank you for commenting on my Reminder of Pearl Harbor Day. Yes, anyone around today, who remembers it, or even remembers WWII, is getting quite "Olden." And that's why I have to remember. When people my age are gone, who will remember?

On to more happy things! Yes, I dropped out of Blog Land for a while. I needed the complete break. Came back eventually, by re-activating an old blog of mine called "Pix Muse." Which I have tried to re-name "Auntie sezzzzzz..." But not being techy, I guess it still *looks-like* Pix Muse, in some places. Oh well... :-)

I'm trying to blog, in a more relaxed way now. It would be lovely if you Follow me. I'm having a bit of trouble, "doing-the-Follow-Thing" myself, at the moment. But a blogging friend has solved that issue, I think.

Isn't Pretty Blog Land extra pretty, in the Christmas Holiday Season? Yes it is. And I just love it! All the lovely things which people have done to their blogs. :-)

Gentle hugs,
"Auntie"

SkippyMom - thank you my dear for those lovely comments. I am wondering, did the snow arrive?! Gosh, it would be lovely if I could be there to share a cup of cocoa or hot chocolate with you. Hugs to you x

Bouncin'Barb - Hi my awesome friend. So glad you are liking the new header photo. Yes, you are right, Eli gets lots of squeezes when he's here. He just takes it all, as if it is his due!! (Typical male! Hee Hee!).

Olive - thank you. I'm trying to get in the Christmas spirit!! It is fun, isn't it?!

Kristina - It's the Christmas feel that I am trying to achieve!!! Yes, Eli is quite a little man now. It's amazing how they grow away so quickly :(

"Auntie" sezzzzzz - Hallo! Really good to see you here once again. I really used to love your whimsical posts, but I can quite see why you had a break, as you did used to post very regularly! You are right to be more relaxed about the whole thing. That is the aim that I am trying to achieve!! Hope all is well with you.

Sush - hallo my friend. You are so right, it is our grandchildren that make Christmas that little bit extra special, isn't it?! Blessings indeed we have. Hugs.

Orchid - Dear friend Miyako. Thank you for always popping over to see me and leave a comment. I do so appreciate it. It's lovely that you like my new header, and, yes, Eli really is a little cutie. I do hope that you and hubby are keepaing well, and keeping warm also. Hugs to you dear one.

Retired English Teacher - thank you Sally! I often think of you and hope that you are doing okay at the moment. Christmas must be hard for you and the family, I'm sure.

Belle - I find it really easy now to change my header. That's why I do it so much!! Good luck with yours. Keep trying! It took me ages to start off with. I thought the photo of Eli was quite appropriate for December. Sending blessings your way dear friend.

Glenda - thank you so much!!

Duncan - hallo! It's good to see you over here today. Yes, Eli really is a little blondie. I would like to say that the header photo was of my own home (Hee Hee!), but I'm afraid it's not!

Jo-Anne - thank you my friend. It is such a blessing to be a grandma, isn't it, and I know that you are a very GOOD grandma/nanny!

Brrrr...looks cold! He's such a cutie and so happy with his snowman. Do you get a lot of snow there? We're having unusually cold weather here in Texas at 35°.It's usually still in the 60's this time of year. Hope you're having a good week my friend!
