Recommendation!

I joined The Lady Bloggers Tea Party over this weekend, and I was introduced to some lovely Blogs.

I just felt that I had to recommend this one to you, as the post I read yesterday was just so funny, and I know that my blogging friends will love it!  http://www.facing50withhumour.blogspot.com/  I recommend that you read her post, "Tis the Season to be jolly" posted on Thursday.

I guarantee that it will bring a smile to your face!!

Oh, and she lives in 'my' country as well!  Enjoy.

Very funny story! I wonder how well she and her husband did on their paintings.

Belle, I'm not sure the husband would have stayed!

Dear Thisisme. I can't thank you enough for this huge compliment. I grabbed a few manic minutes to check the computer and found your wonderful comment and this post. It's such a pleasure when people find your blog entertaining. I am fortunate in as much as an awful lot of amusing things seem to happen to us.
We've just struggled back from dropping Son's car off at the garage...a three mile walk in the freezing cold (minus 13 degrees) -it's just silly now isn't it? We hope to get off on Wednesday for France but I'm not holding out a lot of hope as we fly via Amsterdam and they seem to have similar weather problems to us.
I hope you have a safe trip and a fabulous time with your family. If we get there we'll be down in the Tarn and Garonne. I don't know if that's near you there.
I wish you and your followers a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year - look forward to 'seeing' more of you.
